Message From the Country

The Move's "Message From the Country," expanded and remastered edition, will finally be released on September 5, 2005.

The long-awaited edition will contain the original LP, all of The Move's Harvest single A & B-sides (Tonight, Chinatown, Down On The Bay, California Man) plus previously unreleased session tracks.

The album, which was released in 1971, was the last by the group before it eventually formed into the Electric Light Orchestra.

Remasters

Newly remastered versions of the Traveling Wilburys first two albums, along with rare demos and videos are to be released in late 2005.

According to sources at the Showdown Mailing List, the remaining Traveling Wilburys and the estates of George Harrison and Roy Orbison are planning a CD/DVD release chronicling the adventures of Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Orbison, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan.
